  5. When mixing wash your hand or use hand gloves simply so as not to stick to your hands and it makes the dough easier after then mould it with your clean hand to form a circle shape base on the shape you want (let it not too big to avoid poor frying)
  6. Get your non stick pan add oil half the pan and put your moulded gullisuwa ensure the oil covers the gullisuwa in a very low flame,after putting the moulded gullisuwa you will have to be flipping each and every gullisuwa to ensure it maintain a uniform color,10 to 15min later it begins to fry it will rise up to the level of the oil,when the color reach golden brown is done ✅
  7. Get your A4 paper or newspaper place it on the tray and start removing the fried gullisuwa using frying spoon from frying pan to the plate shake it slightly that way it won’t stick on the sheet or loose it’s shape.
  8. Let it cool and serve your gullisuwa 🤤🤤
