- Peel the kiwi and cut it into 4 pieces lengthways. Thinly slice each of these strips. Marinade the kiwi in sugar and chill in the fridge.
- Once the jello has set, add the kiwi on top and it's done.
- Here's a small trick for Step 2. When you have emptied the can of coconut milk, add normal milk to the can and swirl it around to pick up leftover solid. Then nothing goes to waste!
