- Add 20 min soaked rice and mix well. Gently mix the rice with masala.
- Pour the 2 cups of coconut milk and gently mix it.
- Add salt and cover with lid and cook for 5 min on high flame, then reduce the flame and cook for 15 min.
- Open the lid and gently pluff the pulao.
