- Add Jaggery & Water in hot sauce pan. Boil it until the jaggery is dissolved.
- Apply Ghee/oil in hand. The Jamun dough will not be sticky now. Make crack free cylinders with blunt ends.
- Fry it in medium hot oil until browned. Rotate the oil instead of touching the jamuns for even cooking.
- Filter the Jaggery Syrup no need of any consistency. Add Saffron/Green Cardamom pods as needed.
- Add the fried Jamuns into the Jaggery syrup. Let it soak for at least 4 hours to overnight.
- Add Milk & Milk powder in a pan. Cook until it thickens. Let the flame be on medium. I used a thicker malai filling.
- Make slits in the Jamun & place the malai in between.
