- Chop paneer into 2 fingers
- Heat half of the ghee and add whole masala, onion, ginger, green chilli and cardamom and fry for 3-4 minutes
- Add cashew paste,tomatoes and cook for 7-8 minutes, covered
- Add curd,cream and cook for 5 minutes
- Add all ingredients milk and paneer. Boil to get a very thick gravy
- Just before serving with chopped coriander for garnishing
