Fondant is one of the most popular of recent trending meals on earth. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It’s easy, it’s fast, it tastes delicious. They are fine and they look wonderful. Fondant is something which I have loved my entire life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can cook fondant using 5 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Fondant:
  1. Take 1.5 kg icing sugar(3 pack of 500g icing sugar)
  2. Get 2 teaspoon cmc
  3. Get 2 tablespoon gelatin
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup glucose syrup
  5. Make ready 1/2 cup water
Steps to make Fondant:
  1. Pou icing sugar in a bowl,add cmc and mix.
  2. In a separate cup add water and gelatin mix and allow to bloom.
  3. After the gelatin has bloom, double boil on fire while stiring continuously till the gelatin melts,then remove from fire.
  4. Add the glucose to the melted gelatin and return to fire (double boiler) stir while it melts.
  5. Add the dissolved mixture little by little to the icing sugar mix, don't use all the liquid. Form a stiff dough
  6. Cover dough and allow to rest, knead well before using
