- Heat oil, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, cury leaves,green chilli and ginger. Fry it for 12-15 seconds.
- Add onion and saute it till tranclucent.
- Now add tomato, carrot, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, ketchup, - cumin powder and fry till oil is separated.
- Add mashed potato,fry it for 2-3 minutes.
- Add bread cubes into the mixture and itโs ready to serve. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
