  6. Prepare Rasam:
  7. Prepare 3 garlic clove
  8. Take 2 big tomatoes
  9. Take 1 glass water
  10. Get 1 inch ginger
  11. Make ready 1 tsp jeera and black pepper
  12. Take 1 dry chlli
  13. Make ready 1 tsp ghee
  14. Make ready Salt as per taste
  15. Take 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  16. Get 1 tsp curry leaves
  17. Take For salad
  18. Take 1 carrot
  19. Take 1 cucumber
  20. Get 1 tomato
  21. Get 1 green chilli
  22. Make ready 2 roasted papad
  23. Take 1 lemon
  24. Take 2 boiled egg
Instructions to make Rasam and salad:
  1. In a mixer jar add garlic ginger jeera black pepper and tomatoes grind it properly. Take a pan add ghee mustard seeds once crackle add dry chilli curry leaves and the ground paste which we did
  2. Add salt and bring it boil for 1 minute off the gas. Serve hot
  3. Wash and cut salad and decorate accordingly. Roasted papad in oven or tawa for 1 minute. I have boiled egg in open vessel in medium flame for 10 minutes. Close the lid for 2 minutes keep egg in chill water and peel it. Give shape accordingly.
  4. Take one small bowl serve black eyed peas, one bowl hot rasam, jeera rice, Chapati, salad,papad and boiled egg…
