- Wash your potatoes(do not peel). Bring water to boil in a sufuria, add your potatoes and salt. Cook for 7 minutes

- Add black pepper and paprika and stir.cook for 1 minute
- Add your potatoes and mix well.. Add ½ cup of water and simmer for about 7 mins.
