Món ăn này gồm bún (bún rối hoặc bún lá) và 'riêu cua'. Riêu cua là canh chua được nấu từ gạch cua, thịt cua giã và lọc cùng với quả dọc, cà chua, mỡ nước, giấm bỗng, nước mắm, muối, hành hoa.
