- Make ready 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- Take 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon mango powder
- Take 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- Get 1/4 teaspoon rai
- Prepare 2 ping hing m
- Make ready 1 tablespoon mustard oil
- Take The-Puri
- Get 2-3 cup flour
- Get Water
- Make ready Oil for fry

Steps to make Veg.Thali:
- Dal-wash and soak 15 mint in water after drain out, heat a cooker add dal and water cook 4 to 5 whistles. Open lid and mix proper add water,turmeric, red chilli, salt, ginger,green chilli,tomato,coriander powder,chhole masala the and cook 5 to 10 mint medium low flame after add mango powder and mix
- Another side make tadka - heat a pan add ghee cumin seeds, clove,black pepper, dry red chilli hing and the colour change turn off gas and add this tadka in dal,garnish coriander leaves and serve.
- Shrikhand- take bowl of curd add sugar mix proper add saffron dry fruits again mix.put in fridge after few mint Serve.
- Potato veg - wash, peel and cut potato.Heat a pan add oil rai and jeera,hing wait colour change add potato,turmeric red chilli and salt mix cover a pan,put water bowl on pan cover and cook medium low.
- Keep stirring in between leave till they proper cook
- After add coriander powder and mango powder mix roast 2 mint.turn off flame. And serve.
- Puri-take a bowl add flour mix water knead a tight dough. Make a ball this dough.rolling this ball in round shape and fry.
