- If needed, add chilled water in the mixing jar. Note- do not add more water at a time. Check the consistency of chutney by adding a little amount of water at a time.
- Tips - 1) Adding salt and lemon at the time of grinding helps to make the paste more smoother. - 2) Adding chilled water compared to normal water and lemon, while grinding helps to retain green colour of the chutney.
