The ingredients needed to make Coriander Chutney:
  1. Get 2 cups coriander (chopped)
  2. Take 1/2 cup mint leaves (optional)
  3. Get 1/2 inch ginger
  4. Make ready 3-4 garlic cloves

  6. Get 1/2 tsp cumin seeds(jeera)
  7. Make ready Few drops of lemon juice

  1. Mix and grind all the above ingredients and make a smooth paste.
  2. If needed, add chilled water in the mixing jar. Note- do not add more water at a time. Check the consistency of chutney by adding a little amount of water at a time.
  3. Tips - 1) Adding salt and lemon at the time of grinding helps to make the paste more smoother. - 2) Adding chilled water compared to normal water and lemon, while grinding helps to retain green colour of the chutney.
