  1. Take 2 katori rice
  2. Take 1 large carrot

  1. Soak rice for 15 mins
  2. Cut beans and carrots into small cube like pieces
  3. In a pressure cooker, add 3 tablespoons oil, zeera, heeng, long and tez patta and fry for a few mins until zeera cooks
  4. Add beans and carrots and toss for a bit
  5. Add salt, mirchi and haldi
  6. Add rice and 2 cups of water (1 per cut of rice) and an addition 1/4-1/2 more
  7. Mix well and taste for salt and chilli
  8. Pressure cook for 1 whistle (approx 10 mins)
