- Take a kadai and add butter and oil and add mutter, potato, carrot, french beans and cook for 5 minutes and then add capsicum, onion and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Now add tomato and cook for 2 minutes and now add salt, Pav bhaji masala, chilli powder and add 1/4 cup water and cook for 5 minutes.
- Now add rice and mix it well.
- Now garnish it with onion and serve it.
