- Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies and fry for a min.
- Add veggies and fry for another min.
- Add paneer and hara masala, salt, and washed rice, and pour 5 and a half cups of water.
- Cook rice on high flame ie., 6. Once rice comes to boil lower the flame to 4 medium heat and cook. Once water is dried in surface lower the flame to 1 low.
