Super Tasty Drumstick Curry-Drumstick in Mustard Gravy-Drumstick Potato Curry-Drumstick Masala. Brinjal Drumstick Masala is an easy and healthy South Indian side perfect with rice and gravy. This we can say as kara kuzhambu. the Combination of brinjal and drumstick gives good taste. When I was young, me and my friends would never play near a drumstick tree.

Instructions to make Drumstick gravy:
  1. Soak coriander seeds, KhusKhus, and cumin seeds in hot water for 20 minutes
  2. Then, grind to a smooth paste and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and when spluttered add split urad dal, green chilies, and onions. Sautee this well.
  3. To that add a drumstick and saute. After sauteing add tomatoes and salt. Mix well and close and cook till the drumstick is soft.
  4. Then, add chili powder, turmeric powder, and mix well. Add little hot water and cook.
  5. Once the drumstick is cooked add tamarind pulp and mix well. At the end add the ground garlic and curry leaves.
  6. Close and cook for a few minutes. Finally serve the hot drumstick curry with rice
