The ingredients needed to make Rasmalai:
  1. Take 2 kg Milk
  2. Get Alomd 10_15
  3. Take Pista 6_7
  4. Take 3 cup Sugar
  5. Prepare 1 pinch Zafran
  6. Make ready 1 tbs Vinegar or lemon juice
Instructions to make Rasmalai:
  1. Take 1 kg milk and bring it a boil add 1 cup sugar and almod and pistas and cook it untill it remains half of 1kg
  2. Hot 1kg Malik and add 1tbs lemon juice or vinegar and wait untill it convert in to curd.
  3. Take muslin cloth and stain all the unnecessary water let it cool for 15 minut untill all the water will dry.Knead this curd for 15 minuts.and makes it smooth
  4. After Knead it make a small ball and press these ball with the help of palm
  5. Take some water and add 2 cups of sugar and make shireeni and boiled the water and put all balls in it and wait untill it twice in size,boiled it for 15 minuts
  6. Now pour the rus in deep bowl and place all malai in this and garnish it with almonds and pistas
