  1. Boil the milk
  2. Let it cool (it should be warm) and remove the cream using a sieve. Keep the cream and use it for mandazis, mukimo etc

  4. Add the vanilla flavoured yoghurt (shake well before use) into the milk and stir (same direction) for 5 minutes.
  5. Cover the sufuria with cling film. I also covered with a lid. It should be airtight. Leave it for at least 12hrs.
  6. Then stir using the same direction until it’s smooth and ready to drink. You can chill it in the fridge if you wish.
