- Get 250 gms all purpose flour

- For dough: take flour, add oil, salt to taste, carrom seeds and oil. Add water slowly as needed and make a fine dough (not too hard).
- Now roll the dough ball and make a big round flat bread (roti). On the top side of roti sprinkle all dry Masalas and coriander leaves.
- Now fold the roti alternatively (top & bottom) and then once a pipe like design is done further roll it inside like a round ball.
- Now make a medium sized paratha and roast it slowly on a medium flame. Do not press the paratha. Once it is roasted nicely and a bit cold. With the help of fork try to separate its layers and serve it with butter on top.
