  4. For Mint Yoghurt : crushed mint & green chilli to make paste. Add in yoghurt.
  5. In yoghurt add ginger garlic paste and salt. Mix well. Mint yoghurt is ready.
  6. For Green vinegar chutney: Crush green fresh coriander leaves with green chilli, salt and clove of garlic make thick paste.
  7. Now put this paste in serving bowl and mix with white vinegar & water.
