- In a Bowl Add milk powder, all-purpose Flour, cardamom powder,
- Mix it then add melted butter then mix,
- Now add egg then Knead it well,
- Then add baking soda again mix and Knead it well,
- Now add small rasmali form it,
- Now boiled the milk, add sugar and cardamom powder,
- And cook it for 10-15 mints on low flame,
- Now add rasmalai and cook it for 8-10 minutes until it size become big.
- Then add rose water and kewra essence, mix it well,
- Now chill it for two hrs, serve it after garnish with dry fruits.
- Delicious Rasmalai is Ready to serve.
