- Roast the sesame seeds on a pan (optional)
- Mix the butter with the sugar, then add the egg, lemon juice and vanilla
- Slowly add the flour mixture
- Add in the sesame and mix well
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees
- On a baking sheet, place the mixture with a teaspoon, leaving 5cm space in between (approx 9 cookies on one pan)
- Bake for 10 minutes until brownish
- Take out, wait until the sheet cools down to remove the cookies.
