- Now take oil in pan add whole red chilli and cumin seeds fry for 2 minutes in low heat then add soaked tamarind with water and seeds if u want to remove seeds that will also better.Add sugar,salt,red chilli powder now cover it up cook for 10 minutes at low heat.
