- Sugar and water start to boil, then add cheese balls into it. 10 mins with lid cook it in high heat then cook another 5 mins without lid in medium heat.
- Take out rosogolla from sugar syrup and drop into a bowl of water. Then squeezed it using palm carefully.
- Heat milk in another deep bottom vessel and make it half. Add sugar, cardamom powder and saffron milk into it.
- Add the squeezed cheese balls into that milk, that time milk should be at least warm.
- Keep it into refrigerator for at least 3-4 hrs. Then rasmalai is ready to served.
