  1. For the Shrimp: Sautee garlic in olive oil/regular cooking oil for about 1 min then add the Shrimp.
  2. add the seasonings salt & pepper
  3. Sautee and let it simmer in medium heat. Shrimp will turn "orange" and would curl up. DO NOT OVER COOK FRESH SHRIMP. cover & wait until fully cooked. Eat over rice or as is!
  4. Don't forget the dipping sauce!
  5. Dipping Sauce: melt butter in microwave for 10 seconds or until fully melted.
  6. add the garlic powder/ 1 clove garlic (minced), salt and vinegar
  7. Mix in a saucer and enjoy! dunk your sauteed shrimp!
