The ingredients needed to make Rasmalai:
- Get 250 gms powdered milk
- Get 1 pack tetra milk
- Make ready 1 tsp Vinegar
- Get As required Water
- Get As per taste Sugar
- Make ready 1 tsp Cardamom powder
Instructions to make Rasmalai:
- Take a powdered milk and tetra pack milk in equal proportion and boil it. Then turn off the flame and after a minute add vinegar diluted in water and made Cheena.
- Add 1 bottle chilled water in Cheena and strainand washed it for 2 to 3 times till the water squeezes out properly.
- Rubbed the Cheena with the palm for 2 to 3 times and made small balls.
- Then take a pan add an equal amount of water and sugar to make a sugar Syrup. To that add cardamom powder to enhance the taste.
- When sugar Syrup is ready, add Cheena small balls to it. Cover and cook it for about 15 minutes. Till it get cooked and get soften
- Then your rasmalai is ready, transfer it into the bowl and add more sugar Syrup to get a complete sweet taste of rasmalai. Enjoy it with your family.
