  1. Take a saucepan add water and add 2 1/2 cups milk, elaiti powder,sugar put 2 boil in medium flame.
  2. Take z egg add 2 tbsp of water add vanilla essence and give a good whisk.
  3. Take a bowl add z rest of milk powder add bicarmonate mix dry 2gether then add z egg batter little by little.
  4. After mixing all knead it a little. A soft dough will be form. Make small balls and put in z boiling milk.In z meantime z milk would hv already reduce by half.
  5. Let cook 4 about 10 or 15 mins depends.Switch off gas and let 2 cool.
  6. Put 2 chill in refrigerator for 2 hrs.Before serving add z jelly and pista or peanuts or both.
