- Make ready 3-4 drops vanilla essence

- Get 2-3 strands saffron soaked in milk
- Get as required Yellow food color
- Take 2 tbsp sugar
- Take 1 tsp Cardmom powder
- Take 1/2 kg rasgulla
- Prepare 1 litre rabdi milk
- Prepare as required Pistachio for decorations
Instructions to make Rasmalai cake:
- Take a bowl whisk butter sugar and milk made until it's fluffy
- Now add aps and baking soda baking powder to it sieve them all together in butter mixture
- Mix the whole batter in one direction now grease the cake mould
- Add batter to the cake mould preheat the oven at 180 degree for 10 min
- Bake the cake for 30 min.
- Let it cool down completely
- To make whip cream take a chilled bowl in a tray of ice
- Whip the cream till soft peaks now add sugar, saffron starnds and cardamom powder, yellow food color
- Again whip the cream till stiff peaks keep the whipped cream in refrigerator.
- Now cut the cake in 3 layers with sharp knife
- For rasmali I used bikaji rasgulla and deep them in homemade rabdi milk
- Take first layer of cake and spread 3_4 tbsp of rasmali milk on cake and spread first layer of whip cream on it
- Now take 2nd layer of cake and spread 3-4 tbsp of rasmalai milk again spread whipped cream on it
- Now take 3rd layer of cake again spread rasmali milk on it and whipped cream layer
- Now cover the cake from all sides and top with whip cream
- Decorate the cake with rasmali on four corners and with rose petals
