In a bowl mix your freshly rinsed blueberries with the zested lemon, lemon juice, white sugar and vanilla extract…..When you zest your lemon make sure you stop at the white of the lemon, DO NOT ZEST THE WHITE PART OF YOUR LEMON, you only want the yellow part (that’s where all the good flavor is at !!!)……

  3. Next spray a 9X13 inch glass baking pan with butter cooking spray……

  8. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes….
