- Prepare 1 ltr milk
- Take 1 cup sugar

- Take 1 ltr thick milk
- Get 1 tsp Vinegar
- Get As per taste Sugar syrup
- Get 4 cups Water
- Get 1.5 cup sugar
Instructions to make Rasmalai 😋:
- Boil milk in a thick bottom pan. Once it starts boiling add cardemom, saffron, sugar boil it nicely until sugar dissolves completely. So rabdi is ready
- Boil milk switch off the gas add vinegar or lemon juice. milk starts curdling then pour it on muslin cloth squeeze water from that wash it with cold water to avoid vinegar smell. Now remove complete water from paneer transfer to plate then knead it with your palm.
- Knead it until it forms soft dough for 10 minutes. Now make small paneer balls and press it from your palms so you ll get coin shape.
- Mean time prepare sugar syrup by boiling water and sugar. Let it boil.
- Now add coin shaped paneer to sugar syrup. Cover lid for 10-12 minutes. You can see doubled the size in Rasgulla. Switch off the gas and let it absorb sugar water for 1 hour and let it cool completely to the room temperature.
- Now remove rasagulla from sugar syrup and squeeze it.then add it to rabdi. Refridgerat it then have it.
