  1. Take 2 cup all-purpose flour

  11. Take 1 drop yellow gel color
  12. Take As needed natural gel
  13. Get 1 tbsp vanilla glaze
  14. Get 1/2 cup Water
Instructions to make Rasmalai cake:
  1. Preheat the oven at 180*c.Take a big bowl and sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.take another bowl mix milk, sugar and oil in it.beat till sugar dissolves.add vinegar and mix it.Now add dry ingredients in it.whisk with electric beater or spatula.mix it gently till dry ingredients incorporated well. Add water if required.add vanilla extract.
  2. Take a cake tin and grease it. Dust with all-purpose flour.add batter to in it.allowing to spread naturally.tapped the tin so batter settles down evenly with no gaps in between. Place the cake into the preheated oven. Bake the cake at 180 degree Celsius for 40 min.check the cake in middle to see if the baked with toothpick.
  3. Once done.let the cake rest in the tin.allow the cake to cool completely.In the other bowl add whipped cream, milk of rasmalai and 1 drop yellow color.whisk it untill stiff peak.divide the cake in two parts.spread some rasmalai milk and than whipped cream, squeeze the milk of rasmalai.keep few pieces of rasmalai.
  4. Now keep the second layer and coat the cake with cream.refrigerate for sometime.take one bowl add neutral gel,yellow colour and vanilla glaze.mix it properly and put on - Cake.keep sometime in the refrigerator. Once set make your desired design,,keep few pieces of rasmalai and garnish with pistachios.(I kept chopped pista in green color for sometime).I made this on my anniversary.
