  2. Make ready 2 cups fresh cottage cheese
  3. Take 1 tsp cornstarch

  7. Make ready 1 cup sugar
  8. Take 4 cups water
  9. Prepare 2 small cardamons

  13. Take 1/2 cup mawa
  14. Prepare 1/2 tsp kewra water or rose water
  15. Get 1/2 tsp cashew nuts powder

Steps to make Shahi Rasmalai:
  1. For rasgulla :- kneading all the ingredients together with palm for 2-3 minutes. Make a soft dough and keep resting the for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes take an equal portion of dough and give them a small ball size.
  2. For Syrup:- Now take sugar in a vessel & add water and cardamon seeds. Make chasni, we need thin chasni for boiling those rasgulla balls.
  3. Now add the balls into syrup & covered the pan. Cooked them for 10-15 minutes. When it'll be ready then take the rasgullas in a bowl without syrup & cool them.
  4. For Malai:- We'll use the sugar syrup for Malai. At first, we add evaporated milk & powder milk together for 5-6 minutes. Then add rasgullas and again boiled them for 2 minutes. At last, we'll add nuts powder & mawa. After 2-3 minutes Malai going to give a little bit thick texture then add rose water or kewra water. Now remove the pan from heat.
