The ingredients needed to make Rasmalai:
  1. Take 1 Litre Milk
  2. Get 250 gms chana dal
  3. Get Few Kesar strands
  4. Prepare 200 gms Sugar
  5. Take 1 lemon
Steps to make Rasmalai:
  1. Crumble chhena for 30 minutes and make balls.
  2. Boil 2 cups water and add some sugar. Add chhena balls and boil for 10 minutes. Take it out and keep aside.
  3. Boil milk on the low flame for 30 minutes and add kesar. Then, add remaining sugar. Boil it. Now, add chhena balls and cook for 10 minutes on the lower flame. Let it be cool. Then serve.
