- Take 5-6 Aloo (Non-Boiled)
- Take 1 Tea Spoon Jeera
- Get 1/2 Tea Spoon Sarson/ Mustard Seeds
- Make ready 1 Pinch Hing
- Prepare Spices
- Prepare 1 Tea Spoon Salt
- Take 1 Tea Spoon Kaali Mirch Powder
- Prepare 1 Tea Spoon Dhaniya Powder
- Take 1 Tea Spoon Kashmiri Laal Mirch Powder
- Make ready 1 Tea Spoon Garam Masala
Instructions to make Aloo Jeera:
- Wash Aloo Properly, peel off their skin & chop them in medium-small size pieces.
- Again Wash them properly, so that their starch is released completely.
- Now take a kadhai, add 1/2 Big Spoon Oil in it & keep the gas on medium flame.
- When oil gets heated up, add 1 Tea Spoon Jeera, 1/2 Tea Spoon Sarson & 1 Pinch Hing in it & let them sizzle.
- When they start sizzling, add finely chopped green chillies in it with chopped aloo pieces & mix them properly.
- Cook them for 2-3 minutes, till their surface is set.
- After 2-3 minutes, close the lid & cook them for 4-5 minutes.
- After 4-5 minutes, open the lid & check whether aloo are cooked properly or not.
- If they are not cooked properly, cook them for 2-3 minutes more.
- Now add spices mix in it & roast them for 2-3 minutes.
- In the end add 1 Tea Spoon Garam Masala in it & mix them properly.
- Your Aloo Jeera are ready to be served.
