- Then sieve it and add cold water to wash off the lemon flavor. - To the paneer, add milk powder and cornflour. Knead this mixture properly like you knead flour to make chappatis and form round balls.
- Make sugar syrup with 2-3 spoons of sugar. Add the balls made above to the syrup and boil it for 10-15 minutes. Make sure you add saffron to the rabdi. Add your syrup-soaked balls to the rabdi.
- Your rasmalai is ready. Keep it in the fridge and serve it chilled. You can garnish it with dry fruits.
