  2. Take 1 tsp Lemon juice
  3. Take 1 cup Milk powder
  4. Get 1/2 cup Cornflour for binding

  7. Make ready As required Mixed dry fruits
Steps to make Rasmalai:
  1. Prepare rabdi from half-liter milk. From the other half-liter prepare paneer. To make paneer, add lemon juice to milk and boil it till it crumbles.
  2. Then sieve it and add cold water to wash off the lemon flavor. - To the paneer, add milk powder and cornflour. Knead this mixture properly like you knead flour to make chappatis and form round balls.
  3. Make sugar syrup with 2-3 spoons of sugar. Add the balls made above to the syrup and boil it for 10-15 minutes. Make sure you add saffron to the rabdi. Add your syrup-soaked balls to the rabdi.
  4. Your rasmalai is ready. Keep it in the fridge and serve it chilled. You can garnish it with dry fruits.
