  1. Take 5 tbsp jeera (cumin) seeds

  6. Take As needed ice cubes
Instructions to make Jeera pani:
  1. Dry roast jeera in a nonstick pan untill it changes the colour lightly and aromatic. [ it should not burn]
  2. Add 3 cup of water and allow to roll boil jeera and water till water reduces to half. [ 20 mins ]
  3. Remove from flame and allow it to cool.
  4. Grind the jeera mixture in a grinder. Strain the thick concentrate of jeera.
  5. Jeera concentrate is ready.Refrigerate and use for 3 to 4 days.
  6. Pour 200 ml normal water or aerated water [soda ]. Mix well and serve immediately. - Jeera drink is ready to serve.
