  1. Get 5 medium potatoes or aloo
  2. Take 2 tbsp oil ya ghee
  3. Get 2 Green chilli
  4. Get 1/4 tbsp Mango powder
  5. Prepare 1/4 tsp salt
  6. Take 1 tsp kasuri methi
  7. Make ready 3 tbsp water
  8. Prepare 2 Red chili

Instructions to make Jeera aloo:
  1. Wash the aloo & peel off the skin
  2. Cubes them to desired sizes.set aside
  3. Heat the pan with oil & ghee add jeera & Red & green chili, kadi patta leaves. Reduce the flame low.
  4. Also add kasuri methi.saute till fragrance.this take just a mintue.pour 3 tpsp water & combine well bhi soon the mixture thickens. Add haldi & salt
  5. Add The aloo & mango powder. Toss them gently &cover the pan.cook for 20 mins on a low flame.
  6. After 20mins check & off the flame add the coriander leaves
  7. Jeera aloo is ready. Serve jeera aloo roti or chapati
