  1. In a bowl take milk powder and dry ingredients mix it well.
  2. Put egg and make a smooth dough. Give it flat shape of 1 inch thickness.
  3. Take a sauce pan and put milk, sugar and cardamom, let it boil for 5 mins, put the rasmalai in milk let it boil, cover it for 10 mins on low flame.
  4. It will become double of it's actual size then off the flame, put kewra water, and garnish it with almonds.
  5. Keep it in fridge and serve it cool.
