Instructions to make Jeera rice:
  1. Take rice and wash and soak for 30 minutes.
  2. Now heat a pressure cooker and add all spices.
  3. Roast it until smells aromatic.
  4. Now add rice and mix it and roast it for some time.
  5. Then add water and salt, mix it and close the lid and cook it for 1 whistle.
  6. Now mix coriander leaves and serve it.
