Instructions to make Rasmalai cake:
  1. First of all take a butter in large mixing bowl and add powder sugar and whisk it for 5 to 8 minutes, spongyness of cake depends on how long you can whisk both ingredients
  2. After it take a all-purpose floor add baking powder and cardomon powder baking soda in it and mix with butter and sugar mixture whisk it with hand wisker
  3. Add condensed milk and for ribbon type consistency add milk as per need pour in alluminium tin and
  4. Bake your cake in 20 minutes preheated pan for 40 minutes in law flame and 5 minutes on medium flame
  5. Check your cake by knife ya toothpick if it's clear then your cake was perfectly back otherwise allow it to bake for other 4 ya 5 minutes
  6. After it switching off the flame and allow cake to completely cool
  7. Cut 3 similar layer of your base apply sugar syrup and white wheep creme between two layers and coat the fully cake by yellow wheep creme
  8. Apply pistachios strands in all side and add white wheep creme in piping bag and make your desire design upon cake and garnish with rasmalai
