The ingredients needed to make Rasmalai:
  1. Take 1 cup paneer mashed well
  2. Get To taste sugar
  3. Make ready 1 litre full fat milk( reduced to half)
  4. Take 1 tsp cardamom powder
  5. Take 10-12 almonds for garnishing
  6. Get 7-8 saffron threads soaked in 2 spoon warm milk
  7. Get 1 spoon custard powder
Instructions to make Rasmalai:
  1. Knead the paneer with palm to a soft dough make small size flattened ball out of it
  2. In a vessel add 2 cup sugar and 8 cup water and allow it to boil to make the sugar syrup.. Put the paneer balls in it and cook for 20mns
  3. Now as we took reduced mik check the consistency, keep it in flame and add half cup sugar add saffron milk and custard powder to make the rabdi
  4. At the mean time our paneer ball is ready…. In a tray pour half rabdi put the spongy balls than add rest rabdi over it…. Garnish with almonds…
  5. Keep it in refrigerator for some time and enjoy chilled
  6. Ready to Serve.
