- In a large mixing bowl Add in all the aforementioned chopped veggies & dry ingredients.
- Mix everything well together until nicely combined- Set aside for about 15-30 mins time.
- After the settling time period Again, mix it vigorously (to incorporate air inside it perfectly well), in order to yield nice & crispy chillas
- The batter should be nice, loose & fluffy enough for the better results
- Heat up a frying pan/dosa tawa (Any): Grease it with oil & spread it evenly all along the same over the high flame
- Now, take a ladle full of the batter & spread it all across it- back to back, & spread it along as much is possible in order to get the JAALI DESIGNS at its back
- Reduce the flame to low-medium once the batter is poured into it else, even before cooking nicely it’d burn completely.
