  1. Make ready 1 cup Rice
  2. Prepare 2 tsp Ghee
  3. Get 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

Steps to make Jeera rice:
  1. Take a pressure cooker add rice wash it nicely and soak it for 5 mins add water double of rice and add rice boil it for 3 whistles. After 5 mins add tadka.
  2. Take a pan add ghee heat it add Cumin seeds, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, bit salt fry it little bit & add to rice mix it well.
  3. The next step serve it hot with Chile and Dal.
