- Take sponge cake and divide into 3 parts
- Generally sugar syrup is spread over cake to moist it here instead of syrup I m using juice of rasmalai
- Take a slice and spread rasmalai juice over it and dein spread whipped cream properly
- Cover this first layer with another slice and apply rasmalai and whipped cream
- Like this you can make as much layers you want, so here I made 3layers
- Now cover side edges from whipped cream and refrigerate for half hour
- Now apply more whipped cream for finishing
- With nozzles will make small balls at the top of cake as given in picture, and will put 1/4 piece of rasmalai on each
- This indo western dessert is ready to eat
