  1. Firstly take a preboild potatoes peel and cut in to medium size keep it aside.
  2. Now Now heat the wok with oil when heated properly add cumin, ginger, green chilli stir it few minutes on medium flame.
  3. Now add chopped potatoes,turmeric powder, red chilli powder to taste salt mix it well saute turns nice brown in colour on medium flame.
  4. Now lastly add coriander leaves mix it properly now turn off the flame.
  5. Now it is ready for serving you can enjoy with chapati, puri paratha it is suitable to carry during journey 😊.
