  1. Get 1 glass basmati rice
  2. Prepare 1 tsp jeera
  3. Make ready 1 tbsp desi ghee

Steps to make Jeera rice:
  1. Wash the rice well and soak for 1/2 hour.
  2. Now put a kadhai,add ghee when it become Lukewarm then add all whole spiçes and saute a short time.
  3. Now add 2 glass of water mean always take double water of rice.
  4. Cover the lid until boiling water.
  5. Now after boiling add rice and Salt to stir.let, it leave for 1 boil on high flame.
  6. Now turn the flame low and cover the lid.when all the water dry and seems some hole in it. Turn off the gas.
  7. Serve the rice with kadhi,chole,rajma,dahi ka salan and any other dish.
