The ingredients needed to make Rasmalai:
  1. Get 2 litre Milk
  2. Make ready 2 tsp Vinager
  3. Make ready 2 cups Sugar
  4. Get 1000 ml Water
  5. Get as needed Saffron strands
  6. Take 20 Pumpkin seed /pistachios
  7. Prepare 1 pinch Baking soda
  8. Take 4 tsp Semolina /bareek suji
Steps to make Rasmalai:
  1. Keep all ingredients ready. Boil one litre milk, while boiling add vinager, and turn off heat. When it splits drain excess water using white cloth on strainer,wash twice and leave it for some time in the cloth.
  2. Remove the 'chena'/ paneer add semolina, cooking soda, knead it for 10 minutes and make small balls abd flatern them gently. Meanwhile boil one cup sugar in water and put flaterned chena pieces in sugar syrup on sim heat and close lid for ten minutes.
  3. Boil another liter milk to half it's quantity and add one cup sugar. Transe these cooked rasmalai pieces into condensed milk and refrigerate it for an hour. Transe to serving bowl to serve. Rasmalai is ready. Garnish with saffron and pista/pumpkin seed pieces.
