Instructions to make Jeera Aloo:
  1. Boil the potatoes. Cool, peel and set aside. Heat oil in a non stick kadai. Add zeera and let it crackle. Now add crushed green chillies and saute. Then add all the other dry masalas and saute well. Add the boiled potatoes and mix thoroughly. Cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Lastly add in the lemon juice and give it a good mix.
