The ingredients needed to make Churi zeera:
  1. Prepare for churi :-
  2. Take 2 bowl wheat flour
  3. Make ready as needed desi ghee (for fry)
  4. Prepare 1 cup sugar
  5. Take for zeera:-
  6. Take 200 g jaggery (ghudh)
  7. Prepare 100 g cumin seeds (zeera)
  8. Get 1 cup water
Steps to make Churi zeera:
  1. For churi:-
  2. Take wheat flour and mix desi ghee properly untill no lumps is there.
  3. Make a tight dough of it and Make daugh balls of required size.
  4. Now preheat tha ghee and fry this daugh balls in low flame & cook untill it get brown.
  5. Now break this balls into small peices and crushed it in a mixer.
  6. Add sugar and grind it.
  7. For zeera:-
  8. Take a pan add cymin seeds and cook zeera untill it get brown.
  9. Take zeera out of pan.
  10. Now in another pan add 1 cup water and jaggery and cook it to make a syrup.
  11. Crush the zeera only for few seconds. it should not be crushed in powder. it should be lightly crushed.
  12. Add thus zeera in syrup and mix.
