  1. Get 1 litre milk
  2. Get 2 tbsp vinegar
  3. Get 1 tsp cornflour

Steps to make Mango Rasmalai:
  1. Take a pan boil a milk.Switch off the gas and add vinegar gradually and stirr it.After sometime milk starts curdling.Then strain the whey and cheese or chena get separated.
  2. Now run the tap over the cheese so that bad fragrance goes off.And keep it in a muslin cloth tightly for 1 hour.
  3. Now mash the paneer or chena in a big plate and add corn flour and mash it smoothly with your palms till it get creamy and smooth.It will take 10 minutes.
  4. Now make a small size balls and flat it like a patty.Like this make all patties.
  5. Now in a big kadhai or big vessel add water and sugar and cook it till sugar get dissolves.Now add our chena patties and in a boiling water and cover it with a lid and cook it for 15 minutes at medium high flame.
  6. Now keep ready the chilled water in a bowl.After 15 minutes chenna patties will get double in size and now add these patties in a chilled water for 10 minutes.
  7. Now for mango syrup, grind the mango pulp,sugar and little water to make a smooth paste.Now add water to make a semi thick syrup.And add dry fruits too.Now dip chenna patties in it and chilled it for 2 hours.
  8. Then garnish it with nuts and mangoes and our yummy delicious Mango Rasmalai is ready to serve.Enjoy 👍😍🥰👌🤩
